How can I book a test?
You can now book a test directly on our website online or by simply visiting our clinic in Upanga, Kilombero Street.
How long until I receive my results?
Depending on a test, the time might range from 20 minutes (rapid tests) to up to 6 weeks (complex molecular assays). Results time frame are indicated on the website for every test that you select. You can also call our laboratory directly for further inquiry.
How do I pay for a test?
You can pay cash or by card once at the clinic.
When is the clinic open?
We are open:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 am – 08:30 pm EAT
Saturdays and holidays: 09:00 am – 03:00 pm EAT
Sundays: Closed.
